Eye Booster Treatment in Kathmandu and Pokhara

The skin under your eyes is different. It is thinner, more delicate, and needs formulations made specifically for it. At Let Me In, our eye booster treatments are designed exactly for that. We offer them across our clinics in Baneshwor, Maharajgunj, and Pokhara.

Eye booster treatment in Nepal

What Is an Eye Booster?

An eye booster is a skin booster formulated specifically for the undereye area. The undereye skin is among the thinnest on your face and behaves very differently from the rest of it. It needs gentler formulations, precise dosing, and ingredients chosen for periorbital skin specifically.

Standard skin boosters are made for broader facial areas. Using them around the eyes without the right formulation or technique can cause problems. Eye boosters are adapted for that zone, and at our clinics in Kathmandu and Pokhara, they are only administered by trained dermatologists who work in this area regularly.

How eye booster treatment works

Is an Eye Booster the Same as a Dark Circle Treatment?

An eye booster is one specific type of dark circle treatment, and one of the more advanced ones we work with.

Dark circles come from different causes. Some people have pigmentation. Others have hollowness or volume loss. Some have very thin undereye skin where the underlying vessels show through. Eye boosters address skin quality and thinning. They improve the undereye skin's thickness, hydration, and texture, which reduces the shadowed, tired appearance that comes from structural weakness in that area.

We have a full breakdown of all the dark circle treatments we offer, including fillers, laser, and other approaches.

How It Works

How Eye Booster Works

1

Assessment and Planning

You come in, we assess your undereye skin, and we decide together which booster fits your concern.

2

Numbing for Comfort

Before the treatment starts, we apply a numbing cream and give it time to work so you are comfortable throughout.

3

Precise Micro-Injections

The booster is delivered through small, precise injections into the undereye skin. The session itself does not take long.

4

Immediate Post-Treatment

Afterward, you will notice tiny bumps at the injection sites. This is normal and settles within one to three days.

5

Recovery and Response

You go home the same day. Most people are back to their routine the next day. The skin continues to respond and improve in the weeks that follow, depending on which booster was used.

Our Eye Booster Treatments

Juvelook Eye

Juvelook Eye is the undereye-specific formulation of Juvelook. It contains poly-D,L-lactic acid microspheres combined with hyaluronic acid, in concentrations calibrated for use around the eye area.

PDLLA works as a biostimulator. Over the weeks following treatment, it encourages your skin to produce more of its own collagen. The undereye skin becomes thicker and more supported from within, which reduces the dark appearance that comes from structural thinning. The improvement builds over four to eight weeks and tends to last well because it is driven by your own collagen response rather than a product sitting in the tissue.

We also use Juvelook for full-face rejuvenation if that is something you are considering alongside the undereye work.

Works well for: Undereye hollowness, crepey texture, skin thinning from aging, persistent dark circles with a structural component.

PDRN Eye Booster

PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide. It is a DNA-derived ingredient with strong skin repair and regeneration properties. We work with it regularly at our clinics in Nepal because it is gentle enough for sensitive skin while still producing meaningful clinical results.

In the undereye area, PDRN activates the skin's repair pathways, reduces low-grade inflammation, and supports new tissue formation. Skin looks less damaged, less reactive, and genuinely healthier over time.

We use PDRN for broader skin repair concerns as well, not just the undereye area.

Works well for: Sensitive or reactive undereye skin, post-inflammatory darkening, skin that looks fatigued or worn down.

HA Eye Booster

The HA Eye Booster uses hyaluronic acid in an ultra-low molecular weight formulation. This distinction matters in the undereye area. Regular HA fillers placed too superficially near the eye can cause a bluish discoloration called the Tyndall effect. The HA Eye Booster is not being used as a structural filler. It integrates into the skin tissue and delivers hydration from within, smoothing texture, reducing fine lines, and brightening the undereye area by improving the skin itself.

Works well for: Dehydrated undereye skin, fine lines and crinkly texture, dullness without significant hollowness.

PN Eye Booster

PN, or polynucleotide, is closely related to PDRN but works slightly differently. It supports the fibroblast cells that produce collagen and elastin, and it also acts as an antioxidant in the undereye zone. For the undereye area specifically, PN helps with puffiness and congestion and improves the structural integrity of the skin gradually over time.

Works well for: Puffiness, firmness loss, fine lines, patients who want a regenerative approach without PDLLA collagen stimulation.

What to Expect

Before your sessionAvoid retinol and exfoliating actives under the eyes for five to seven days. Skip blood-thinning supplements and alcohol for three to five days to reduce bruising risk in this sensitive area.
During the sessionWe apply a topical numbing cream and wait thirty to forty-five minutes before starting. The booster is delivered using precise micro-injection technique. The undereye zone is treated conservatively with small amounts placed carefully.
Immediately afterMild swelling and small injection bumps are normal and expected. The undereye area may look slightly puffy for one to three days as the product settles.
RecoveryKeep makeup off the treated area until the swelling settles. Avoid intense exercise, saunas, and direct sun for three days. Use a gentle SPF daily.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Undereye fillers add structural volume to hollows. Eye boosters work on the skin itself, improving hydration, repair, collagen support, and texture. Some patients benefit from both, but they are addressing different things.

The undereye area is sensitive. We always apply numbing cream before we begin. Most of our patients describe the sensation as mild and manageable.

Yes. Eye boosters are often part of a broader undereye treatment plan that includes laser toning, undereye filler, or other approaches. Your dermatologist will advise the right sequence for your specific concerns.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an active skin infection near the eyes, or are on blood-thinning medications, please let us know before booking. We review your full medical history and medications at consultation before recommending anything.

We offer it at our clinics in Baneshwor and Maharajgunj in Kathmandu, and at our Pokhara branch.

Why Let Me In For Eye Boosters

We have been working with Korean aesthetics and injectable treatments in Nepal since 2017, across our clinics in Kathmandu and Pokhara. All eye booster treatments are performed by qualified dermatologists. We use authentic imported formulations and keep our protocols aligned with what is current in Korean aesthetic medicine, which sets the standard globally for this category of treatment.

Every patient who comes to us for undereye concerns gets a proper skin assessment before we recommend anything. What works for one patient may not be the right fit for another, and that is something we take seriously at every branch.
