Once placed, the threads do two things. First, they physically reposition the skin upward, giving you an immediate visible lift. How Does a Thread Lift Work at Let Me In?

Step 1 - Consultation

You meet your dermatologist at one of our three branches. They assess your skin laxity, discuss which thread type suits your goals, and show you realistic before and after examples from our own patients. You receive a written quote. Nothing is booked without your full agreement.

Step 2 - Preparation on the Day

The treatment area is cleansed. A topical numbing cream is applied and left for 20 to 30 minutes. By the time the procedure begins, the area is comfortably numb. Most patients describe the sensation as mild pressure rather than pain.

Step 3 - Thread Insertion (30 to 90 minutes)

Your dermatologist inserts the threads using a fine needle or cannula. The threads are positioned precisely beneath your skin and the tissue is gently lifted. You can watch the change happening in a handheld mirror as each area is treated.

Step 4 - Immediate Results
